Context
Electricity
By means of medicine and physics, the alternating current produced by the thinking of an impossible project is converted to direct current and sealed into a tiny battery. Thus, a normal battery is fully charged with the energy of consciousness. Not only can it functions as a normal battery, but also functions as storage of source for the imagination. Even though the power of ideas in the battery is unreadable, it exists. (When we are thinking, an alternating current is produced in our brain. For this work, I converted alternating ‘thinking’ currents, into direct currents that can be sealed into a battery. The transferred current means that the battery acts as storage of energy as well as information and becomes a vehicle for some of my ideas which can’t be realised. This battery can then be used to power something or exist simply as storage of my ideas. Although the ideas saved in the battery aren’t visible or obtainable, they still exist.)
